4/19/2026 — Revamped entire website aesthetic. Redid about me and commissions page. Price adjustments made to commissions. Updated T.O.S. to deny any permissions to use my artwork in regards to AI or feed it into any AI engines.

5/6/2026 — Added boxed chibis and PWYW sketchpages to commissions. Also lowered bust shot prices.

The program I use is Procreate. At the moment i'm indulging in the free sample pack from True Grit texture supply. My favorite brushes are Charcoal Pencil & Let it Bleed.

I use a iPad Pro 12.9-inches (2022) 6th gen and a Apple Pencil (2nd gen) - 2018

I try to open commissions every other Sunday, depending on how far I am in my current queue. If i'm backed up it may just get delayed to the next Sunday.

I have a discord that I use for pings regarding commissions, openings and any delays. It also includes an actual event calendar. If you wish to have active updates you can see the link below.

By commissioning me you agree to all of these terms. These terms are subject to change, to which you will be notified.

I can communicate through Twitter, Toyhou.se or Discord. This is up to the preference of the buyer.

I work on a slot / queue system that is available to the public at any time. Queues typically take up to a month or two to be completed fully.

I typically do not work with deadlines, but this can be discussed with the client.

I have the right to refuse a commission for what ever reason; I have the right to cancel a commission during any part of the commission process for what ever reason. (See Payments & Refunds on cancellation)

I am a legal adult and I am fine at viewing suggestive / nsfw reference sheets & artwork.

You do not have permission to tokenize any of the artwork you commission as an NFT.

You do not have permission to feed my artwork into any AI engine. I do not consent to having my style replicated by artifical intelligence.

Payment is required upfront through PayPal in USD. You will received a request through your given PayPal address. You're expected to pay within 24 hours or you will lose your slot and it will be given to someone else ready to pay.

I am viable to accept payment through other means such as Cashapp. This is mostly just a final option, and I would highly prefer payments through PayPal.

At request of the buyer I am willing to take half payment upfront and the other half after the buyer has approved the sketch.

I will not accept any other currency other then USD. I will never accept points or cryptocurrencies.

I do not accept full refunds on commissions if they have reached the stage of coloring after linework is done; You will receive a 50% refund. If the artwork is nearly completed and/or sent to you, I will not give out ANY refunds.

You may reupload your commission anywhere you would like, but please credit me where you can. You may reupload to sites such as Twitter/Tumblr/Instagram/etc, as well as gallery websites like Furaffinity and Deviantart, as long as you credit me in the description and/or title. If you are NOT the owner of the commission, you may NOT reupload it.

You may use your commissioned artwork for icons, page decor, etc. with credit.

I have the right to post commissions wherever I wish to and use them as examples for future commissions.

Do not edit commissioned artwork to remove or hide my watermarks and/or signatures. Minor edits to the colors, markings, etc. are okay!

You may not take credit or claim the artwork as your own, no matter how many edits are made.

This applies to all my character designs - received from commissions, adoptable sales, auctions, trades, from other people reselling/trading designs.

If I find you breaking T.O.S, I will give you a light warning and have you reread ownership rules. If I see you continuously breaking T.O.S despite being warned multiple times, you may be blacklisted from commissioning me or buying design from me in the future.

It's not required but I encourage people to upload my designs to Toyhou.se, which is a storage website for characters. When you upload the design, you can credit me onsite under the username "Peachpines". It makes it easier to keep track of my designs this way, and helps to avoid any scamming. If you'd like an invite code, please just ask.

Once you have paid for your character, you have ownership of said design in the context of sale, resale, etc.

You do not need further permission to use your character in art, buy commissions, resell/trade, make into a fursuit, sell the fursuit for profit, etc.

You may make any edits to your character design. You can change species, gender, colors, markings, as freely as you wish. You still must credit me as the main designer, no matter how many edits.

You may not EVER claim the original design as your own work. You may only take credit for edits to the design, but never the design itself.

You are free to edit the actual art of the character design - such as shift hue, saturation, draw over the art, etc. Just remember to keep the original file!

Do not make copies of the character with the intention to resell for profit. This includes making it into an original species, making relatives/twins/etc

All sales are final. If you no longer want a design, you may resell it for the price you purchased it for.

Please do not use characters designed by me for any hatespeech, racist, LGBTQphobic or ableist uses. Doing this will result in a permanent blacklist from purchasing designs and commissions by me.

You are free to sell any design from me as long as it has its own monetary value.

Please do not sell the design for a higher price then the one you purchased it for unless it has added art. This includes personal art and commissioned art.

Once you no longer own a design, you have no control over how the new owner uses the design unless it breaks my terms of service. I will not enforce this for you either.
